I chose this picture because I like the way the light reflects off of the flower. I also love the colors in the photo. The green and blue colors really stand out. The photo looks like it was taken in the dark but it was really light out.

I chose this picture because of the lines and repetition; it was taken while looking through the glass door in the library. I like how depth of field focuses on the wiring on the door in the foreground while in the background, the image of the student fades away.

In this photo you can see the sun above with the clouds in the bright blue sky passing overhead a bundle of bright yellow flowers. you can see the repetition of the flowers and the lines of the flowers stems.

I chose this photo because I liked the texture and repetition in the photo. The texture on the bricks look rough and hard. The sign looks kind of smooth but rough on the edges because of the rust. There's repetition on the bricks; they all have the same rectangular shape and same size.

I chose this photo because I like the way the windows on the bus reflect the sky. I also like how you can see the shiny, smooth paint on the bus. As I was taking this photo, it was 8th period and I was thinking about how much I wanted to go home

I chose this photo because it shows repetition, texture, and lines. You can see the repetition in the rows of books in the background and in the letters on the book in the foreground. There is also repetition in the rows of lights on the ceiling. The smooth, shiny texture of the book cover shows the reflection from the ceiling lights.

I chose this picture because of the texture. I like the way the water drop is falling down in a straight line. I also loved how the water went from small to big. It's cool how you can see the texture of the faucet against the rusty old pipe.

This photo show both texture and repetition. The soft texture can be seen in the flower petals. Also you can see the repetition in the shape and size of the flower petals repeating themselves.

I chose this photo because of the texture of the skull and the sad looking, deep set eyes. The texture of the skull looks like it would be very rough but its actually super smooth. The deepness in the eyes looks like they are full of sorrow. Its like somehow we can see a glimpse of its soul in the darkness of its eyes. In reality, this is a miniature skull but in the photo seems so big.

In this picture I see a lot of different views and aspects of the terms we currently use in my class with Mrs. Messman. I look forward to hearing what you have to say, its all in the eyes of the beholder. I find it easy to express my own views about my own work. For example the angle of the soda can makes it look taller than normal, when in reality it not so tall. Also I love the colors in the picture. I used the gourmet setting on my camera to capture the essence of the natural colors.

In this photo you can see the soft texture of the flowers, and the smothness of the leaves. You can also see the repetition of the petals of the flowers. The focus of the picture is mostly on the flowers in front and fades out in the back.

In this photo you can see the smooth texture of the acorn and the rough texture of the bolder they're sitting on. The dim colors in the front contrasts with the bright colors in the back.

I chose this picture because i felt it was a good example of texture. The pieces of glass had a rough and sharp look to them. Also I like the way the sun hits the glass and gives it this shine.

In this photo, the window panes exemplify repetition and the clouds show fluffy texture. This is my favorite photo because its soo beautiful that it looks fake.

I chose this picture because it looks really wet or moist and also smooth. It has a shiny look and it's very bright. The texture is a litttle bumpy with a rough surface. The bumps make a pattern all around the pumpkin.

I chose this photo because it shows a lots of texture. if you look at the pinecone you will see the pattern that it has .I like the color that the pinecon and rock have together.

I chose this photo because it shows the difference between natural elements (rocks, sticks, leaves, etc.) and the man-made element (the shoe). The repetition expressed in this photo can be seen in the rocks on the ground and also through the trees in the background.

This picture I took shows repetition in the shape of the bangles on the rack. Each one is circular shaped and placed one after another on the rack. This picture also shows texture. You can clearly see that each bangle is hard and yet very smooth. You can also the shine reflected from the lights in the school store where this was taken.

I snapped this shot without even thinking, because my friend had lost her ipod in the back field in school, I didn't think it was going to come out the pretty because it was quick and i didn't think of the elements. " i guess it was the perfect time." The texture of the grass is soft, and when you touch a dandelion it feels fluffy.

This image displays both texture and repitition. The look and feel of the rough rugs and smooth shelving show a great deal of texture, and the repetitive nature of the shelving going up and down are great examples of photographic repitition.

This image exemplifies repetition: rows of oval shapes are lined up one after another. The ovals are actually air vents located on back of the computer monitors in my classroom. We see these vents every day; they just blend in with everything else in the room. I placed my camera on top of the rear part of the monitor to frame my shot and make it visually interesting.
